We’re looking for a driven professional to join our team in designing the communities where we live, work, and play. Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office, and a strong work ethic.
As a Project Manager, you’ll manage and develop innovative projects, including site layouts, grading, utilities, landscaping, and infrastructure. You'll handle regulatory approvals and permits and must have experience with PADEP, PennDOT, and local ordinances. A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture and a PE or RLA license in Pennsylvania are required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- PE or RLA license or working towards it.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
