Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an Epicor Prophet 21 Support Analyst with 1-2 years of experience supporting end-users in a distribution environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for continuous learning. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support for Epicor Prophet 21 users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Assist with P21 user training and ensure best practices are followed across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Document support cases, solutions, and user guides to improve internal knowledge bases.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancement projects.
- Monitor system performance, reporting issues, and suggesting optimizations.
- Support other ERP-related projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience supporting Epicor Prophet 21 or similar ERP systems in a distribution environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic understanding of distribution workflows (inventory, order processing, purchasing, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL queries or data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with ERP modules like financials, inventory, or supply chain.
- Experience in creating or maintaining system documentation.
