Position Summary:
This position is responsible for all requirements involving bending, cutting, and forming sheet metal.
Position Responsibilities
The following are essential position accountabilities:
- Check and straighten parts to measurements MOT and/or B/P.
- Verify products meet the requirement of the MOT and/or B/P.
- Inspects product prior to running for damage.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Identify and tag reject items prior to submission to Inspection.
- Other duties as assigned whether it’s in job description and/or whether you were hired for those duties
- Ability to communicate in the English language.
- Adaptability to varied requests from management.
- Technical knowledge of machines and measuring equipment as required to complete assigned task.
- Ability to confirm all products meet the requirement of the MOT and/or B/P.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. Minimum.
- Blueprint reading skills.
- Knowledge of hand tools and other items to do work.
