Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team!

Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts.  The position will regularly travel to existing customer and prospective customer locations within the assigned sales territory to make sales and generate new business.  This position will also manage the day-to-day sales process, manage existing customers, lead presentations and demos, develop proposals and close sales for all products. This position works in conjunction with our distributor network and training department to ensure customers’ needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Regularly travel to resent, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Work in tandem with distributor network
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through calling and other methods.
  • Update CRM with pertinent information
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
