$100,000 base + Uncapped Commission on Gross Sales

Our client is a growing Software and Technical Consulting company poised for significant expansion in 2022 and beyond. They seek a Strategic and Consultative seller to lead the leap forward.   • Proven success in building professional relationships.
  • Experience with enterprise-level national and/or global accounts.
  • Experienced in the full-lifecycle of sales from pounding the pavement and lead generation to setting meetings, closing deals, delivery, and account expansion.
  • Ability to serve as the primary contact for new prospects, organize meetings where technical teams will shine, and then take control to close the deal.
  • Exhibit endless curiosity and a desire to learn. This role requires a salesperson to be knowledgeable about technical consulting services and to stay up on trends and forecasts.
  • Experience working with Marketing and/or Sales teams to put industry data to work and customize sales strategies and tactics.
  • Proven ability to uncover stated, unstated, and emotional needs of clients and to anticipate repercussions and outcomes of sales strategies.
  • Proven ability to identify, formulate, and articulate unique Value Propositions and to pivot, as needed, to solve client problems.
  • Must be consultative and solution oriented at all times. This is not a role for order takers.

  • Experience selling software solutions and/or software consulting services.
