Job Summary:
In this role, you'll be instrumental in both acquiring new business and nurturing existing accounts across the entire product lifecycle while offering top-notch customer sales support. Reporting regularly on progress will be key to supporting ongoing business unit reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee both internal and external accounts to ensure utmost customer satisfaction and bolster profitability.
- Product Solutions: Propose product solutions that perfectly match customer goals and enhance the company's value proposition, thereby establishing a competitive edge.
- Sales Strategy Assistance: Aid in crafting sales strategies geared towards meeting corporate sales targets and advancing the company's overarching vision.
- Commercial Coordination: Streamline commercial activities company-wide, including Engineering, Quality enhancements, Quoting, Negotiating, and Reporting.
- Customer Relations: Foster seamless communication with customers and cultivate professional relationships with all customer representatives.
- Economic Analysis & Quotation: Handle economic analysis, data mining, and customer and product quotations.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous attention to detail and organizational standards in all tasks.
- Prioritization & Multitasking: Effectively prioritize and manage multiple, sometimes conflicting, deliverables concurrently.
- Adaptability to Fast-Paced Environments: Flourish in dynamic, fast-paced settings with stringent deadlines.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience in Lubricants business, OEM companies, or Tier1 suppliers, excluding OEM Distributors or retail sales.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Preference Against Engine Oil Experience: Experience in Transmission, Axle, electric vehicle fluid, and Shock absorber oil is preferred over engine oil experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
