We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, innovation-focused organization seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join an established enterprise applications team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions, improving business processes through automation, and collaborating across departments to drive digital transformation initiatives.

This is a hybrid opportunity requiring on-site presence at least 2 days per week. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Position Overview
In this role, you’ll help design, develop, and enhance Salesforce-based solutions that support internal business operations, customer engagement initiatives, and external partner experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce development experience, integration expertise, and a passion for leveraging AI-driven technologies and automation tools.

Candidates with Salesforce administration experience or certifications will stand out, as this role will work closely with both development and platform management functions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Flow, and other platform technologies
  • Support AI-driven automation initiatives utilizing Salesforce AI capabilities, intelligent workflows, and analytics tools
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and integration platforms
  • Build and optimize workflows, approvals, automations, and business processes across multiple departments
  • Collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Support external user portals and partner-facing experiences with a focus on security, usability, and scalability
  • Assist with marketing platform integrations and customer engagement automation initiatives
  • Participate in platform governance, security management, documentation, and user support
  • Contribute to coding standards, development best practices, and ongoing platform improvements
  • Work as part of a collaborative team environment supporting enterprise-wide Salesforce initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong experience with Apex, Lightning, Salesforce Flow, and platform automation tools
  • Salesforce Platform Developer certification required
  • Experience building and supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise systems
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled Salesforce features, workflow automation, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with both technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Experience Cloud / Partner Portals
  • Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Salesforce administration experience or certifications are a plus
  • Experience with middleware and integration platforms such as MuleSoft
  • Additional Salesforce certifications highly preferred
