This is an on-site role based at Belt Line and the North Dallas Tollway.
As part of a team, work to schedule on-site field visits for new installations and service work for field technicians on a daily and ongoing basis. Work closely with field staff team via phone/email to provide support and ensure success.
Daily data entry and upkeep of spreadsheets / databases ( MS Excel, Office 365 ) to track field technician metrics.
Qualifications:
At least one year of experience with dispatching or scheduling is strongly preferred.
Experience in customer service is strongly preferred.
Some knowledge of GPS services helpful but not required.
Mastery of basic Windows computing is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, is mandatory.
Basic skills in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Or the ability and desire to learn.
Strong typing skills strongly recommended.
Strong English skills, both written and via phone are mandatory.
Ability to be flexible within specific guidelines is important.
Follow through and attention to detail are important.
Ability to multi-task is important.
Punctuality and attendance are critical!
