Job Description
This is an on-site role based at Belt Line and the North Dallas Tollway.
As part of a team, work to schedule on-site field visits for new installations and service work for field technicians on a daily and ongoing basis. Work closely with field staff team via phone/email to provide support and ensure success.
Daily data entry and upkeep of spreadsheets / databases ( MS Excel, Office 365 ) to track field technician metrics.

Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience with dispatching or scheduling is strongly preferred.
- Experience in customer service is strongly preferred.
- Some knowledge of GPS services helpful but not required.
- Mastery of basic Windows computing is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, is mandatory.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Or the ability and desire to learn.
- Strong typing skills strongly recommended.
- Strong English skills, both written and via phone are mandatory.
- Ability to be flexible within specific guidelines is important.
- Follow through and attention to detail are important.
- Ability to multi-task is important.
- Punctuality and attendance are critical!
