NOW HIRING White Glove Customer Support Techs to troubleshoot and assist business and residential customers with the high tech security systems in their office and home. All customers are treated as if they are VPs. Executive-level tech support is top priority.
Required skills:
1+ years providing white glove tech support in any tech silo. Bonus points for support experience troubleshooting electronic devices such as system panels, phones, cameras, or IT hardware
3+ years experience in a customer call center help desk environment
Proven ability to de-escalate customer care situations
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Exceptional English (verbal and written). Bonus points for bilingual support experience in Spanish and English
