**Job Summary:**
As a Senior Accountant, you will lead and oversee the coordination of the company’s financial reporting, benchmarking, and budget management functions. This role is crucial in ensuring that accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
**Major Duties & Responsibilities:**
- Ensure the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports, including internal monthly financial statements, cash collections, partner income, and revenue analysis.
- Oversee the processing of accounts payable, petty cash, employee expense reports, cash control, and payroll processing, ensuring total corporate payroll tax compliance.
- Manage accounts receivable aging components, including billings and cash receipts application.
- Supervise and resolve accounting issues, including the production of financial statements, billing, and account statements.
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget and prior year performance.
- Review benchmark reports to assess financial and operational performance across divisions and departments.
- Prepare financials and schedules for year-end tax and franchise tax returns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in financial reporting.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT general computer controls and application controls testing in SOX compliance audits;experience at a Big Four firm preferred.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including GAAP.
- Familiarity with federal and state financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, and preparation of reports, statements, and projections.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, and QuickBooks.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred, but not required.
**Education and Licenses:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Advanced degree highly desirable.
- CPA certification preferred.
