Our client is looking for a highly skilled machinist to set-up and operate CNC vertical mills and lathes.

Preferred experience with: Haas, Okuma, DMG Mori, Samsung, Harding, and Fanuc wire EDM.

Our client is looking for a highly skilled machinist to set-up and operate CNC vertical mills and lathes.
Job Duties
Duties included but not limited to:
- Familiarity with different cutting tools and cutting techniques.
- Seeking someone who is focused on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work with engineering and suggest optimizations to improve cycle times, quality, and tool life.
- Must have excellent attention to detail. Quality parts are a priority.
- Experience machining stainless steels, alloy steels, plastic and aluminum, and some exotic alloys such as Inconel.
- Experience setting up CNC horizontal and vertical milling centers, CNC turning centers (with live tooling), and Wire EDM.
- Must understand most common M & G codes and have the ability to make edits by hand.
Behavioral Attributes
- Ability to use inspection equipment.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills are required.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
- Enjoys fast-paced environment.
- Must keep a clean and safe work area at all times.
Preferred Experience:
