GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer for a Direct-Hire, Hybrid role based in Addison, TX! The selected candidate will lead the design, implementation, and automation of robust DevOps and ETL pipelines in a hybrid cloud environment, while providing technical and project oversight to ensure scalable, secure, and timely solutions. This individual will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to modernize development workflows and infrastructure provisioning through automation and DevSecOps practices.

This individual will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to modernize development workflows and infrastructure provisioning through automation and DevSecOps practices.
- End-to-End Pipeline Delivery: Design and manage DevOps/ETL pipelines from development through production
- Process Automation: Automate build, deployment, testing, monitoring, and alerting workflows across AWS, Azure, and/or on-prem environments
- Project Oversight: Provide leadership and certified project management support across initiatives ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
- Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership
5+ years in the following skill sets...
- Cloud Platforms: Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Infrastructure provisioning, security hardening, and cost optimization
- CI/CD Tools
- Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- CI/CD pipeline design, automated testing, and release automation
- Containerization & Orchestration
- Docker and Kubernetes experience required
- Experience deploying enterprise-scale microservices architectures
- ETL Platforms
- Proficiency with tools like Informatica, Talend, or Apache NiFi
- Ability to create reusable, secure, and scalable data pipelines
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Strong experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
- Automation of provisioning, scaling, and teardown tasks
- Monitoring & Observability
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk
- Security & Compliance
- Working knowledge of IAM, encryption, and secure CI/CD practices
- Compliance with SOC 2, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in U.S. English
- Experience with presenting technical findings to leadership
- Vibe Coding / AIOps
- Experience using natural language and AI-assisted coding or operations tools
