We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and seasoned Senior Manager of HR to take the helm of our Human Resources department and drive value for our most valuable assets –our people.

Job Description:

The Senior HR Manager will be tasked with leading our human resources department, ensuring full compliance with all legal and regulatory standards while aligning HR strategies seamlessly with our business objectives. We're seeking a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a profound understanding of employee relations, benefits administration, and talent management. This role involves engaging with managers and employees to provide essential training and development opportunities, both on-site and off-site. Handling a diverse range of situations and conflicts concerning clerical and administrative office functions may also be required. Additionally, the role may involve various administrative tasks directed by the Executive or Leadership teams, primarily focusing on ensuring safe, effective, and efficient methods and standards within the organization. Routine and advanced correspondence, including letters, memoranda, and reports, will be prepared as part of this role.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy.
- Foster strong management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and develop a diverse and high-performing workforce in line with our core values.
- Manage a performance appraisal system aimed at driving high performance across the organization.
- Maintain a competitive and equitable pay plan and benefits program.
- Evaluate training needs and oversee training programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management processes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employment relations.
- Proficiency in the administration of company HRIS and talent management systems.
- Provide support to the Executive and Leadership teams.
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics, including compensation, benefits, and development programs.
- Uphold strict confidentiality in all HR matters.
- Develop, review, or enhance employee programs as necessary.
- Monitor overall employment compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Recommend best practices, review, and modify company policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Track HR metrics and provide guidance to leadership based on analysis.
- Analyze trends within the company and compare them to industry benchmarks, where available.
- Support succession planning initiatives and ensure they remain up to date.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, management, or a similar executive role.

General Skills/Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in another HR executive role.
- Results-oriented with a focus on people.
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
- Ability to devise strategy alongside strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening, negotiation, and presentation.
- Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Thorough understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to understand and execute processes effectively.
- Capability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a flexible attitude.
- Experience in managing people, teams, and processes.
- Ability to identify and improve process inefficiencies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Highly disciplined problem-solving skills.

Business Hours: Monday through Friday - 7: 00 a.M. To 5: 00 p.M., based on departmental needs. Travel may be required to meet performance requirements.
