Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Product Analyst with robust analytical capabilities, deep experience in digital analytics platforms, technical SEO, and digital commerce reporting to support a leading retail client.
This role partners closely with business stakeholders, digital marketing, product, and engineering teams to analyze digital performance, advance technical SEO efforts, and drive data-informed decisions across digital commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in digital analytics tools (e.G., GA4, Adobe Analytics), SEO best practices, marketplace performance reporting, and accessibility standards—paired with the ability to convert complex data insights into actionable product and experience recommendations.
Ideal candidate will have 8+ years' experience supporting analytics platform migrations and modern data strategies is highly valued, aligning with the client’s evolving digital roadmap.
Key Responsibilities Product & Business Analysis
- Partner with business stakeholders to define digital performance goals and analytics needs.
- Gather and translate business requirements into analytical frameworks, functional specs, and reporting structures.
- Deliver insights to inform product decisions, digital experience enhancements, and marketing strategies.
Digital Analytics & Reporting
- Support implementation and optimization of digital analytics and reporting frameworks.
- Analyze commerce data for insights on user behavior, product performance, conversion funnels, and engagement.
- Define KPIs, build dashboards, and establish performance metrics for digital initiatives.
- Drive marketplace reporting by evaluating listings, traffic, engagement, and sales performance.
Analytics Platform & Data Strategy
- Contribute to analytics platform enhancements, data integrations, and tracking accuracy.
- Support roadmap items like analytics migrations (e.G., GA4 to Adobe Analytics).
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure reliable data collection, implementation, and consistency.
Technical SEO Support
- Assist marketing and digital teams with technical SEO initiatives across platforms.
- Analyze site performance to uncover opportunities in page structure, metadata, indexing, and speed.
- Help implement and monitor SEO best practices and performance tracking.
Accessibility & Digital Experience
- Support web accessibility initiatives and compliance with digital experience standards.
- Identify and recommend accessibility improvements across digital properties.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Align with product managers, digital marketing, engineering, and analytics teams on business-aligned initiatives.
- Lead discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to drive informed decisions.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain documentation for analytics frameworks, tracking specs, and reporting structures.
- Develop clear reports and dashboards highlighting digital commerce performance.
- Ensure traceability from requirements to features and outputs.
