Senior Project Manager
About Us: As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in every aspect of our business, from nurturing customer relationships to overseeing project execution and delivery. We prioritize a customer-centered culture and are looking for highly motivated individuals ready to contribute to our team's success. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and direct project design, permitting, and construction from owner contract negotiation through project closeout.
- Ensure financial, quality, and safety performance of assigned projects.
- Train and mentor junior project team staff.
Senior Project Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years'experience managing commercial/industrial, education, multi-family, or healthcare construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or comparable relevant experience.
- Strong leadership, management, computer skills, and attention to detail.
- LEED AP or LEED Green Associate certification preferred.
- 10 yrs of experience and a 4 year degree with knowledge and experience in the reclad/ siding and restoration commercial projects
