The Senior Technical Consultant will provide high-level technical consulting and development services to clients utilizing Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine). This role involves understanding complex business requirements, delivering technical solutions, and working directly with clients to enhance and customize their ERP system. Candidates should have a strong technical background in Microsoft .NET technologies and experience working in ERP systems.

Job Description
GTN Technical Staffing and Consulting is partnering with a client looking to add a Senior Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) and .NET technologies to their team.
Position Overview:
The Senior Technical Consultant will provide high-level technical consulting and development services to clients utilizing Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine). This role involves understanding complex business requirements, delivering technical solutions, and working directly with clients to enhance and customize their ERP system. Candidates should have a strong technical background in Microsoft .NET technologies and experience working in ERP systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage in requirements gathering and analysis to address client-specific needs within CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine.
- Develop and implement solutions by leveraging T-SQL, C#, and VB.Net.
- Execute web development tasks, including ASP.NET/MVC, API development, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery integration.
- Create, test, and debug applications and functionalities, ensuring alignment with project specifications and client expectations.
- Prepare and document project specifications, provide accurate estimates, and manage project delivery timelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards throughout project life cycles.
- Support special projects and internal or external training sessions as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience working with Infor CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine.
- Proficient in Microsoft .NET technologies, including T-SQL, C#, and VB.Net.
- Experience with web development technologies: ASP.NET/MVC, web services, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative approach to client interaction.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- Previous consulting experience, ideally within ERP systems or technical services.
- Strong customer service attitude with a proactive approach to identifying and solving client issues.
