Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to help drive the development of a portfolio of innovative, cloud-based software products. In this role, you will help define and execute product strategies that serve a range of business and technical stakeholders. As part of a cross-functional team, you will partner closely with engineering, design, and executive leadership to deliver impactful products that support the growth of multiple business ventures.
Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Contribute to product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals and customer demands.

  • Customer Focus: Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring end-user needs are reflected throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, managing priorities and ensuring alignment across internal teams.

  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Identify product opportunities and market trends through research, customer feedback, and competitor evaluation.

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across engineering, operations, design, and business teams to support development, launch, and iteration of products.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track product performance through usage metrics and KPIs;drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively define mitigation strategies to maintain delivery velocity and product quality.
Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software.

  • Cloud Acumen: Experience working with cloud-native technologies or cloud-based products, particularly those aimed at technical users.

  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and translate complex requirements into technical deliverables.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills grounded in data analysis.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across disciplines.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead without authority, manage ambiguity, and rally teams around a common vision.

  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated success in building products that solve real customer problems and drive measurable value.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent demonstrated experience in a relevant technical or business domain.
