You will be responsible for designing and implementing HCM solutions for our stakeholders using Oracle Cloud HCM alongside a system implementor. Our client is looking for a Solution Architect (Oracle Cloud HCM) to join their team!
Job Description
As an Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing HCM solutions for our stakeholders using Oracle Cloud HCM alongside a system implementor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM and experience working as a solution architect in a large-scale healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Design, implement, and maintain payroll solutions for our stakeholders using Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Create functional and technical designs based on business requirements. Provide technical expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams, including a system implementor, to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Provide support and guidance to development teams during the development, testing, and implementation phases.
- Exercises judgment and influence on key technical decisions, standards, policies, environment selection, architecture, data flows and technical solutions.
- Collaborates to define product vision, roadmap, growth and product conversion opportunities and priorities according to business value or ROI, within the context of the payroll domain.
- Directs, develops, and presents to leadership and stakeholder's various analyses for feature enablement in Oracle Cloud Payroll.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- 7+ years of experience in ERP solutions (PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud, Workday, Lawson, etc.)
- Experience working as a solution architect.
- Experience implementing large scale ERP solutions in healthcare preferred. Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
