Our client is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM Solution Architect to join their team!

Job Description  

As an Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM solutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing EPM solutions for our stakeholders using Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM alongside a system implementor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM and experience working as a solution architect in a large-scale healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design and deliver Oracle EPM Cloud functional architecture strategy with leading practices, in collaboration with system integration partner team throughout all phases of an EPM Cloud Transformation
  • Provide recommendations to enhance and accelerate the budgeting/forecasting or financial reporting process.
  • Collaborate with system integration partner to configure application components, including dimensions, currency translation, intercompany eliminations, forms, reports, Smart View templates, and application rules in line with business, functional, and performance requirements?Assist with configuring data integration, task management, process automation and interfacing activities.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure smooth integration of Oracle Fusion EPM Cloud with other systems.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including a system implementor, to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Provide support and guidance to development teams during the development, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Exercises judgment and influence on key technical decisions, standards, policies, environment selection, architecture, data flows and technical solutions.
  • Collaborates to define product vision, roadmap, growth and product conversion opportunities and priorities according to business value or ROI, within the context of the Finance and EPM domains.
  • Directs, develops, and presents to leadership and stakeholders' various analyses for feature enablement in Oracle Cloud Fusion EPM.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion EPM.
  • 7+ years of experience implementing or optimizing Oracle EPM or other EPM applications like Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud, etc.)
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud EPBCS, FCCS and EDMCS
  • Strong knowledge of the financial processes, including experience with financial planning, close, consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&A
  • Deep understanding of FP&A processes including bottom-up planning, scenario modeling, allocations, account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and top-side adjustments
  • Experience working as a solution architect.
  • Experience implementing large scale ERP solutions in healthcare preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Oracle certifications is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
