GTN Technical Staffing and Consulting is partnering with a client seeking to add a skilled Infor consultant to their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with clients, providing in-depth consulting services on the CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) platform.

Position Overview:
The Senior Infor Consultant will demonstrate expertise in the functional areas of finance, cost accounting, MRP, planning, scheduling, project management, and system implementation within manufacturing. This role focuses on delivering billable consulting services and training to support customers using Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine). Experience with discrete manufacturing environments is essential, along with a strong understanding of business process modeling and re-engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and implement project plans effectively, ensuring alignment with client needs and timelines.
  • Engage in remote and on-site client interactions to analyze, recommend, and implement solutions.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation and training to end-users.
  • Conduct business process analysis and create detailed process models to optimize client operations.
  • Develop, execute, and manage system testing and test plans.
  • Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in special projects, internal training, and additional consulting activities as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine), particularly versions 8, 9, or 10.
  • Proven ERP implementation experience, ideally within manufacturing environments.
  • Strong background in business consulting or business analysis, with a focus on manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels and provide configuration recommendations based on best practices.
  • Solid customer service orientation and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50% domestically, with occasional international trips).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Relevant certifications such as APICS/CPIM, Six Sigma, or Quality Management are a plus.
