Job Description
About the Role:
Our manufacturing client is seeking a Senior Epicor Operations Analyst to lead ERP integration efforts and drive operational excellence across multiple business units. This is a high-impact, hands-on role requiring deep Epicor expertise, operational insight, and a passion for driving process improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in ERP implementations and a robust understanding of manufacturing operations, particularly in production, MES, and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support Epicor ERP 10.2 and Kinetic implementations across multiple manufacturing locations.

Provide daily operational and user support for Epicor ERP across 12 business units.

Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, plant managers, and IT to align ERP capabilities with operational goals.

Analyze and improve core business processes, with a focus on Quote to Shipment, production floor operations, MES, and supply chain.

Serve as a subject matter expert in manufacturing operations and ERP functionality.

Travel up to 50% to domestic and international facilities to provide on-site support and training.
Required Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience with ERP implementation and support, preferably with Epicor 10.2 or Kinetic.

Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including production, scheduling, MES, and shipping/receiving.

Proven ability to manage ERP-related projects from planning through post-go-live support.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to drive business process improvements.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;thrives in a collaborative environment.
Nice to Have:

Project management experience or certifications.

Experience working in a multi-site, international manufacturing organization.

Exposure to BI reporting and data analytics in a manufacturing context.
