Job Description


Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Prophet 21 (P21) Developer for a full-time contract opportunity supporting a high-impact ERP integration and implementation project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epicor Prophet 21 ERP and bring strong technical skills in C#, REST APIs, SQL, data migration, and systems integration. Expertise in integrating E-Commerce platforms and Production Information Systems is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and integration efforts within the Prophet 21 ERP environment.

  • Design and build custom applications, reports, and tools using C#, REST APIs, and SQL.

  • Support end-to-end data migration, data mapping, and validation processes.

  • Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure smooth ERP implementation and post-go-live support.

  • Develop and test system integrations between P21 and third-party platforms including E-Commerce solutions and Production Information software.

  • Identify and resolve system performance issues, bugs, and data inconsistencies.

  • Participate in data testing, QA cycles, and end-user training efforts as needed.
Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in ERP development, with a focus on Epicor Prophet 21.

  • Strong proficiency in C#, SQL Server, and REST API development.

  • Proven experience with data migration, data validation/testing, and systems integration.

  • Experience implementing or integrating with E-Commerce platforms and Production/Manufacturing software.

  • Strong understanding of ERP data structures, workflows, and user interaction models.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with Prophet 21 implementations or upgrades.

  • Knowledge of common third-party tools and platforms used with P21.

  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.

Project Duration: 3 to 5 months
Work Hours: 40 hours/week (Remote)
