Role: Sr. Solution Architect –GenAI Location: Dallas, TX Type: Hybrid
A leading digital transformation firm in financial services is harnessing the power of Generative AI to reshape how global FinTech organizations operate. By building secure, scalable, and intelligent systems, the team drives automation, enhances customer experience, and promotes operational excellence.
They are seeking a Senior Solution Architect (GenAI)—a visionary technologist who thrives at the intersection of AI strategy, architecture, and hands-on implementation. This role involves designing and delivering enterprise-scale GenAI solutions and AI Agents that are production-ready, compliant, and impactful.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and deploy Generative AI applications and AI Agents for high-impact financial use cases.
- Design RAG-based pipelines, multi-agent systems, and agentic architectures for real-world scale.
- Define and apply AI architecture patterns including prompt orchestration, memory, vector stores, and context handling.
- Build and demonstrate PoCs/MVPs hands-on to validate new AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into scalable GenAI architectures.
- Ensure solutions meet data privacy, governance, and compliance standards in regulated environments (finance, healthcare, etc.).
- Evaluate and benchmark LLMs, embedding models, and AI frameworks using standardized evaluation methods.
- 10+ years in Solution Architecture, with 2+ years in AI/GenAI solution design.
- Proven experience building and deploying GenAI applications and AI Agents in production.
- Strong understanding of agentic architectures, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Python / TypeScript / C# for building prototypes and PoCs.
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, FAISS) and LLM platforms (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, Vertex AI, Anthropic).
- Experience in regulated environments with strong data privacy and governance understanding.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
