As a Tax Senior Associate, you’ll play a key role in helping clients navigate complex tax situations while working alongside a collaborative, sharp, and genuinely supportive tax team. What your day might look like:
No two days are exactly the same, but you can expect to:
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses across a variety of industries and entity types
- Partner closely with the tax team on planning strategies, special projects, and client-facing work
- Gather and interpret client information to ensure accurate, thoughtful, and compliant returns
- Analyze tax scenarios from multiple angles to identify opportunities and maximize tax benefits
- Communicate tax strategies and solutions clearly both internally and directly with clients
- Create accounting and tax-related reports in a fully paperless environment
- Coach and mentor junior team members, helping them build confidence and skills
- Participate in training sessions, professional development, and networking opportunities to stay sharp and connected
Who you are:
You’re detail-oriented, curious, and confident in your tax foundation but always looking to level up.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA license (active or in progress preferred);EA certification also welcomed
- 2–4 years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong working knowledge of tax accounting principles and IRS regulations
- Someone who stays current as tax laws and regulations evolve
- A self-starter who’s comfortable working independently but thrives in a team setting
- Able to dive into complex work and quickly adapt to established compliance processes
