Job Opening: Technical Program Manager
Technology Program Manager –The Technology Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing our firm's technology infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of our network systems. Reporting directly to the CFO, this pivotal role plays a critical part in optimizing our technology solutions to support our business objectives. In addition to providing exemplary customer service to our internal stakeholders, this role will also entail the strategic management of our Technology Infrastructure, ensuring alignment with the firm's objectives and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee technology infrastructure
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet performance and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Lead the firm’s cybersecurity program, including leading risk assessments and developing mitigation plans
  • Communicate effectively with senior management regarding IT strategies, performance and issues
  • Develop, implement and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with organizational goals
  • Implement best practices to enhance service delivery
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and the firm’s IT services vendor for IT-related questions or concerns
  • Provide IT training and support for employees to enhance their understanding and use of the firm’s technology tools
  • Coordinate and execute the employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years’experience in IT service delivery
  • Proven track record of managing third-party vendors
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, execution and monitoring
  • Proficiency in best practices for network administration and cybersecurity
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to IT
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work onsite four days/week, remote on Friday in a professional business setting
