Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. This role is critical to driving the successful execution of technical projects by combining strong technical expertise with exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple software development projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. This role involves collaborating with engineering teams, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple software development projects across diverse technology stacks, such as React, Node.Js, Ruby on Rails, and cloud platforms.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies using agile methodologies.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Oversee project scope, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
  • Track and report on project KPIs, metrics, and milestones to ensure consistent progress.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between development teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of software development environments, including React, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Familiarity with modern development practices, such as CI/CD, DevOps, and microservices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, automated testing, and API integrations.
