Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Technology Support Specialist for contract position in Chandler AZ.
- 50% - Provides specialized support for Microsoft and Apple computers and responds to generated technology issues. Maintaining, operating, repairing and/or installing computers, software and/or peripheral equipment.
- 20% - Maintains system inventory, documentation, storage, and security of equipment; make recommendations for ordering parts.
- 10%- Creates user documentation and updates procedures. 10% - Support audiovisual events
- 10% - Assist TSS/MS department with office moves, phone installation, security patch and other areas as assigned

- High School Diploma or GED and three years of experience with desktop user support or technical support for equipment, networks, systems, telecommunications, or technology security, appropriate to assignment.
- Experience with BMC Remedy, or similar ticketing software.
- Experience with Symantec Ghost/Altiris Deployment Suite
- Experience with Windows 10 and Mac OSX Scripting
- Experience with JAMF
- High School Diploma or GED and three years of experience with desktop user support or technical support for equipment, networks, systems, telecommunications, or technology security, appropriate to assignment.
