Traffic Coordinator
Location: Addison, TX (Mon-Thurs onsite, remote on Friday)
Duration: 18 month contract
Position Overview
The Traffic Coordinator is the central point of contact for a small strategic communications team. This role interfaces with creative teams, account management, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects such as direct selling email campaigns, promotions, video projects, product launches, and event logistics.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and skilled at managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, project management, and client management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Track and monitor project progress, identifying potential delays and communicating with campaign managers.

Escalate issues and resolve roadblocks to meet deadlines.

Manage and maintain project timelines, keeping stakeholders informed.

Oversee projects within budgetary guidelines.

Schedule and route materials from request to delivery.

Serve as primary liaison between campaign team and internal departments (creative, digital, social, communications).

Build partnerships and strong cross-functional relationships.

Communicate creative feedback to design, copy, and legal teams;confirm revisions are implemented.

Lead brief meetings when campaign manager is unavailable.

Allocate tasks in Workfront and monitor progress.

Partner with internal clients to understand business needs and deliver successful campaign results.
Requirements

Proficiency with Workfront (required);familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong project management experience.

Proactive problem solver with ability to pivot quickly.

Collaborative, diplomatic, and effective in cross-functional settings.

Creative agency or marketing background (preferred).

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Results-oriented with strong judgment.

Ability to lead projects to completion and summarize outcomes/action steps.
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, marketing, or related field.

Marketing, advertising, or public relations experience (preferred).

Account management and budget management experience.

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
