Our client is looking for a Treasury Management Client Success Specialist to join their team!
POSITION SUMMARY
A fast-growing financial institution is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Treasury Management Client Success Specialist to join their Phoenix HQ team onsite. This role is ideal for a high-performing deposit or treasury management professional eager to grow in a client-centric, results-driven environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
1. Client Onboarding
- Open accounts for business and consumer clients;conduct full KYC and extended due diligence.
- Coordinate onboarding for clients with digital and treasury management needs.
- Ensure deadlines and service-level timelines are met for product setups and implementations.
- Conduct needs assessments and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather documentation and information.
- Set up client training and testing for advanced services like ACH and Positive Pay.
2. System Implementation
- Configure and set up treasury management products with core vendors.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure feature access.
- Activate digital solutions per client requests and regulatory standards.
- Implement services such as online banking, ACH, wire, RDC, Positive Pay, and liquidity solutions.
3. Product Expertise
- Develop deep knowledge of treasury management products.
- Guide clients on features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Support new product implementation and testing.
4. Training and Support
- Conduct virtual or in-person training sessions.
- Serve as the client’s point of contact during onboarding.
- Assist with RDC setup and scanner functionality.
5. Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure onboarding adheres to regulatory and internal policies.
- Collaborate with compliance teams for due diligence and documentation.
6. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and system configurations.
- Generate reports on onboarding activities and identify improvement areas.
- Build ad hoc reports to support product and deposit growth.
7. Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and technology.
- Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong understanding of deposit and treasury management products, services, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technical proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to treasury management.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or finance preferred.
- 2 years in experience in deposit services and/or treasury management at a financial institution.
- Preferred 2 years’experience with FIS core banking system.
Environment and Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20lbs. (e.G., file boxes).
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend and stoop.
- Sitting/Standing for 90% of the time.
- Requires ability to use keyboard up to 8 hours.
- Travel may be required.
