Senior Workforce Management Systems Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional with over six years of experience in enterprise workforce management platforms, specializing in both technical development and functional configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or contribute to the deployment and customization of advanced workforce management solutions, including recent platform versions released in 2022 and 2023.

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of core scheduling and time-tracking modules such as:

    • Time and attendance tracking

    • Labor forecasting and schedule optimization

    • Shift fairness and fixed scheduling

    • Event-based scheduling and time-off workflows

    • Peer-to-peer shift exchanges and cross-department staffing

    • Employee availability tracking and labor budgeting

  • Design and develop custom reports, system interfaces, and integrations with other enterprise applications.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing customizations to inform requirements gathering and future-state planning.

  • Define and document test scenarios and cases aligned with client expectations;manage test data creation and validation cycles.

  • Support full lifecycle implementations and upgrades, from requirements through go-live and post-deployment support.
